With over 15 years of weight training experience and 5 years as a competitive strongman, it’s safe to say I know a thing or two about getting strong. In the last few years I’ve discovered a truly amazing strength training program. A program so powerful and unique that it will cause incredible increases in strength, speed, and power…without dangerous and illegal drugs, without costly and questionable dietary supplements, and without spending hours upon hours at the gym.
Is that possible you ask? Well I’m a very average guy and I’ve managed to lift 400lbs in each hand, walked with 900lbs across my shoulders, and picked a 400lb stone right off the ground…all without drugs, without crazy supplements, and without spending my whole day in the gym. How did I do it? With the right tools, the right program, and a little hard work -you can do it too.
So what is this program? Well, I’ll tell you this much: It has to do with some very unique implements used in a specific training protocol. You won’t find these implements at your local gym and you won’t find this type of training anywhere else.
By now, I’m sure you’re excited and ready to get started right away…and I don’t blame you….I’m excited for you!
But first we need to go over a few things:
*I do not have a gym or training center. I am 100% mobile. We meet at a local park, your house, your school, or some other mutually agreed upon location. I will bring everything we need.
*My program is designed for athletes from ages 8 years old and all the way through the professional level. This training is extremely flexible and can be adjusted to suit athletes of various ages and ability levels.
*Training is open to both male and female athletes as long as your goal is to get stronger, get faster, and get better.
*I will accept some general population (non-athletes) if you are willing to make a serious commitment to training.
*This program is made for athletes! If you are an athlete who wants to get stronger, get faster, and get better then I am your man. If you are someone looking to drop 5 lbs before the big reunion or you want someone to talk to while doing aerobics, do not call me!
